Kristen has been a valued member of the Salty Paws family since 2008, bringing nearly two decades of dedication, leadership, and passion to the practice. As Hospital Manager, she plays a key role in overseeing daily operations while fostering a positive team culture and enhancing the client experience.

She has a strong professional interest in leadership development, preventative medicine, and nutrition, and is continually seeking ways to elevate patient care while supporting team wellbeing and growth. In 2024, Kristen earned her Certified Veterinary Business Leader (CVBL) certification.

Outside of the hospital, Kristen enjoys spending time with her fiancé, James Sr., and their son, James Jr. Their home is shared with two beloved dogs—Buster the French Bulldog and Merle the Frenchton—as well as two snakes, Spooky and Coca. In her free time, she loves reading, gardening, traveling, and making the most of beach days with her family.
