At Salty Paws Veterinary Hospital, it is our goal to provide the highest quality service and medical care to our patients. We also do our best to stay connected with the communities that surround us. In an effort to give back to the people that so generously support our services, we have a strong focus on developing our community outreach. We participate in many events and programs well as provide several services in our efforts to give back to our community. - Assist clients with pet adoptions and rehoming pets
- Assist the Virginia Peninsula Food Bank-Langley Kennel Club- Team Nikko
- Assists with local community advertising Bark for Life, Blessing of the Pets, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, promote awareness of pet related activities, assist with feral cat programs
- Cans To Save Lives Program- SPVH accounts for pets in need, proceeds from clients and staff recycled cans
- Career Day presentations at local schools
- Care package donations to soldiers
- Donate to Virginia Tech Companion Animal Memorial Fund
- Externships for licensed technician students
- Externships for veterinary students
- Foster sick, injured, or abandoned pets for rehoming
- Internships for high school students and volunteers

- Support After Prom student activities
